Jurisdiction clauses in terms & conditions used on e-commerce sites

A recent verdict of the appellate court of the Canton of Grisons questions whether the common way of including jurisdiction clauses set out in general terms and conditions in e-commerce checkout processes (i.e. the inclusion of general terms and conditions containing such jurisdiction clauses via a checkbox) are sufficient in light of the statutory requirements with respect to the form of such jurisdiction agreements.
